Is Kinras broken

I've always been able to keep up Kinras pretty good. But late last night and this morning, it doesn't seem to be procing and dps is 10k down from yesterday around lunch time, when the animation was normal on trial dummy and hit 85k (2k more than before new patch) . Last night I thought it was a fluke but got worse today, where I saw no animation at all. Anyone else seeing that issue.

Everest_Lionheart✭✭✭✭✭If you are on console the first couple weeks of the patch parses can be hit or miss especially if you are on during peak times or parsing in a house with a high zone population. When I get crazy input lag I often zone out and relog my character to try to get a cleaner instance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it’s best to parse at 4am and other times I just establish a base number to keep my guild rankings and reset my parse after 2-3 weeks.0 -
