Best mag class or build for Gryphon Heart Orb Slayer?

My core's starting Gryphon Heart prog, and I definitely feel my magsorc ain't the best for killing orbs fast enough. Anyone have any good suggestions on build or class for this specific role?

Sorcerer's pretty much been the same for years. Nerf Rush of Agony and Saints&Seducer's

All ranged builds are weak now in PvE. It is possible, that magsorc and magden are still best orb-killers, yet much weaker than before.

PvP - Recruit.
PvE - Dragon food
RPG - A guy who thought, that he can defeat daedric prince, yet guards still chase him off when he accidentally touches some object during daily writs.
