Scalecaller Savior achievement will not unlock! Xbox EU

Hello, multiple times on multiple different characters have I completed the requirements and chose to cure Jorvuld at the end of this dungeon. The game will not unlock the achievement for me and therefore I can not get the Xbox achievement either.
Any advice would be wonderful. I am sick to death or re running this dungeon to no avail.

LaydramirSoul ShrivenMan, i'm having the same problem on PS4 NA Server, both the trophy and the achievement don't pop up when I cure Jorvuld, i'm stuck on my 100% Trophies on PS4 because of this bugged Achievement. I submitted a ticket explaining what is happening, the #ticket is [201101-003209].
The achievement is the Scalecaller Savior from Scalecaller Peak, Dragon Bones DLC.
If anyone can help with this, please try doing the achievement and reply to this post, its a real easy achievement, pretty straight foward, and if the bug happens to you, please submit a ticket to ESO support, this helps a lot.
I'm waiting it to get fixed, its realy frustrating... specially because its a PS4 Trophy/Xbox Achiev...Edited by Laydramir on November 6, 2020 4:35PM0 -
Carl-lan✭✭✭✭Yeah annoying bug. Doesn’t work on PC NA for me either. Have done it about 10 times and always run the pledge but never works. Running on normal mode with 1 other person. Haven’t tried on vet but it doesn’t say it’s a vet achievement.0 -

It wont work in Vet either, i tried to do this achievement the first time i arrived in the dungeon, for that I leveled up a Mag Sorc from 1 to 45, traveled to the dungeon, made my way through the Scalecaller Savior achievement and... nothing. 4 hours of grinding a char to test a bug...Edited by Laydramir on November 6, 2020 4:30PM0 -

It's very frustrating mind. I must have ran through Scalecaller dozens of times, normal, vet. With a 4 man, in a duo. On a new character, on my main... You get the idea.
No rhyme or reason to it.
I hope you guys can get lucky like I did.0 -

Good for you man, but its not normal trying and trying several times to get an easy achievement, it realy has something wrong with it...0 -

Did you remember if all the 4 players Cured Jorvuld in the run you unlocked the Achievement? That's the only thing i didn't try, i ask for everyone to Cure Jorvuld, but there is always one left over who doesn't Cure him.Edited by Laydramir on November 7, 2020 2:38PM0 -
OneWingedAnge7✭✭✭On my successful run only I had to do it. All of my friends had got the achievement in previous runs. Much to my annoyance.
So like I said before, there is no rhyme of reason to it. I just kept on redoing it and eventually it popped.0 -
KirkyLadSoul Shriven5 months since this post and I’m having the very same issue. Ran this dungeon over 50 times, successfully curing Jorvuld, but no in-game achievement awarded. The last one I need to G the game on Xbox which is a shame. Submitted a feedback/bug ticket.0

VerboseQuips✭✭✭✭✭I just ran through the dungeon, collected the two ingredients and saved Jorvuld at the end of the dungeon, and the achievement did not unlock. :-(

✭✭Haha, just did this dungeon on a character that hadn't done the quest, amazing, collected the cure ingredients, spoke to Jorvuld at the end, chose the option to cure him, didn't get the achievement. Fcuking amazing.
Whenever I lodge a ticket about this the response is to just do it again. We'll I've done it again many times and it doesn't work. I don't know what I expected...Pact Magplar - Max CP (NA XB)0 -
LaydramirSoul ShrivenGuys, I just got the Achievement. Tried at vet version of the dungeon on PS5, did all the requirements and... done, achievement unlock. I hadn't been playing ESO for a long time and I decided to play again yesterday, so I decided to try the dungeon today on vet mode, even though I was totally out of practice... and it worked, got carried by some nice teammates. Anyway, I pray for everyone who is looking for this achievement. Good luck0
