Question about Traits in dropped Set Items

I've seen many dropped set items with the same trait in them, e.q. Kyne's Flight with 'Reduced cost of sprinting by %'.

Is there no other traits that can be tied with this set item? If not, would it be better to have it possible to have different traits tied to dropped set items to make it more interesting?

Dropped pve sets are at this moment terrible with two or three exceptions.Some set bonuses are nicer then those of crafted sets but:
-the traits are lackluster
-you can't change the enchants
-they are level locked.
Who really needs stamina on 5 pieces of armor that gives stamina regen ,reduces stamina cost and stamina stamina stamina?

Giving the crafters the ability to change or modify these traits with some considerable cost and effort would benefit crafters a lot.

Give enchanters a level 50 ability to unlock the enchant.
Give BS/clothiers a level 50 ability to level them and change their traits.

Traits don't change. At adds more reliability that crafters who can make 6 trait sets, for example, are more worthy than finding pve sets.

Thanks, however, I really wanna use the set bonuses given by Kyne's Flight at the same time have trait of my choosing unless there's a crafted set item that has the same set bonuses but I've searched through and don't seem to find one that resembles Kyne's Flight set bonuses

You can go to the set item crafting tables in the wild, and add traits to them. I've done it myself. You simply have to find the crafting table for Kyne's Flight, (which I'm not familiar with). There ARE some set items you can't craft, just loot, and those ones you can't add traits to. Hope this helps.

That's not really what I'm asking for unfortunately and I'm pretty sure that there's no Kyne's Flight crafted set item or if so hope someone could point me out the location and I'm more than happy to craft the set.

Also, I believe it's better in the long run for dropped set items to have random traits as well as maybe add growth level to ensure that the stats grow as players level up...

There is no Kyne's Flight crafting location it is a dropped set/. At the moment using most of the dropped sets caries a high cost. It is up to you to decide if it's worth it.
