What's up with Saltwater Fishing?

IDK if it is just me but I can usually get all common & rare fish from river, lake and foul from 3-4 fishing holes. But when it comes to saltwater its easily 8+ fishing holes to get all the fish. I'm half way to the "Master Fisher" achievement and I find it strange that its is ALWAYS saltwater that gives me the issues. Anyone having a similar issue?

✭I was trying to get ones in Cy, and gave up, even with the cp slotted, it didn't seem to be helping me at all tbh.
Maybe I should try to get this pickled recipe, but the thought of rng fishing for recipes is kind of annoying, did you have to fish for it for a long time, to get the recipe?0 -

the recipe actually has a pretty high drop rate..1 -

✭✭✭✭✭They'll all come eventually. Don't known if you've done Coldharbour or Imperial City yet, but they are all foul and can be real pain to get. Shadowfen river and lake were also kind of a pain for me.0 -

**Update: just got it, almost gave up, got a different recipe like an hour prior-"artaeum takeaway broth", and a lead for the "thrassian stranglers", as well as the "artaeum master angler" achievement, but dam this stuff literally makes me drowsy, going to bed now**Edited by Blinx on September 7, 2022 5:00AM1 -

All the nodes are stubborn at times; I've not noticed one type being worse than any of the others.
