ZOS will likely only make minor combat changes for U36. This was change they made to avoid negativity from changes affecting chapters and DLC releases.

Thats an eaaasy prediction. 1 or 2 new broken extremely broken sets. Nerf of the u35 and u34 sets. More lag. More excuses. Announcement of light nerfs on those 1-2 sets, but keeping them op during all u36. Hardware provider is having problems for delivering that datacenter critical goods. Bring some stupid op or broken things from pts after months of testing. More lag, more excuses and 1 time communication to just ask for patience (but please ,keep up paying eso plus). Ah, and all the important parches like: fixed a plant that didnt grow up after someone walked over it on a remote corner of cyrodill

I haven't seen any sort of statement from them to that effect other than that they would make some "adjustments." As far as we know, the pain points could be tweaked even further against us. Let's not forget that their original PTS vision for U35 was much more aggressive in the nerf department than what made it to the live server. It is entirely possible that they simply decided to spread their vision over two updates, rather than hitting us with it all at once with U35.
My low-confidence guess is they'll not be happy that arena weapons aren't popular on builds right now, so either Rele/Nirn/Depths/whatever nerfs are coming or arena weapon buffs are coming.

I think Gina lost some kind of bet to be forced into having this picture taken, so no offense intended to her at all, she's a great rep for the company, but this does pretty much sum up what we can expect from ZOS in the future I think.

Is this something she did for U35?
