Can this build be effective in pvp and pve?

I have a vampire khajit stamblade with bow/sword & board, 7 medium for the speed. I always stick at stage 4 vampire for the unnatural movement passive. I know sword and board is for tanking but I like the idea of being the most agile and stealthy tank possible; kind of like a gladiator instead of a decked out, slow, medieval knight in heavy armor.

Would this fulfill an ‘off tank’ role pretty well in pve?

I belive u could make work for pvp, there you could make almost everything work. For pve tho im not so sure, you defently could make it work for normal dungeons and non dlc vet(also some dlc), but wouldnt use it for a trial.

35k HP minimum, as close to 33k resistances as you can get, and you'll be fine in PvE. Lack either of those requirements and I wouldn't touch veteran content if I were you as you'll probably get one shot and die a gruesome death.

Only time the stealth means something is actually in the March of Sacrifice dungeon where a boss and the side bosses all require fast sneaking. Vampire at stage 1+ plays into this rather nicely.

All that out of the way... honestly it'll work depending on sets and whether you meet the minimums required for content. Just be aware that stage 4 on a tank is only useful if you sprint a lot, otherwise it's completely and totally worthless to you. Better to stick at stage 3 or 1, and never use Mistform since it no longer works in PvE content.

As for PvP, get rid of the bow completely, replace it with an offensive melee weapon, and you'll have a far more enjoyable time. That's my two cents, but if you want to go bow make sure you stack all your heals and survivability on the sword and board. Treat that bar as your defense bar and the bow as the offense one.

As a Nightblade you probably don't need Unnatural Movement, but it's another form of stealth if you run out of Magicka. I use it on my magDK so no problems there with using it, but be aware you'll need to expend resources to heal as you won't have HP regeneration.
