AWA Rumors about "Merry Mead Maker" were wrong

I put this rumor to test and sure enough you can get the box on additional characters even after AWA. It has me wondering if the rumor of the same type about the Factotum training dummy were also wrong.

In early PTS versions of the patch AWA came out Merry Mead Maker was once per account, that was changed in later builds. I suspect the rumor is based on that outdated information. ZOS said all of those collection type stuff should be completable on all of your characters; I can't say for sure if all of them are currently working correctly.1 -
