Hi All,

I have from time to time, but regulary, a very annoying bug in the game.

Where does it happen :
In the cities (I suspect that it is related to : whether crowded cities or whether a long time of play)
For exemple, it happens systematically when, after questing a long time, I go back to a city to empty my bags.

What happens :
All other characters are frozen but my character can still move in the surroundings.
My character cannot interact anymore with other characters, npc's or monsters.
My character cannot open a door to enter a house nor use a craft table nor look into a chest….
I still have access to his inventory.
It looks like I have been deconnected from the server but the client is still functionning.
But, the chat is still functionning, I still can talk with my guild's fellows.
This situation is definitive (no cure !).

What happens next :
- If I try to deconnect my character, I don't go back to the character's menu, it ends up with a return to the "account login menu" with the message "unknown error".
- If I wait, doing nothing, sometimes nothing happens, sometimes I return to the "account login menu" with the message "'unknown error"
- If I try to change zone (exit from town fo exemple) I return to the "account login menu" with the message "'unknown error"

And then :
If I log back into the game and I try to play with that particular character : whether nothing happens after I hit "play" (I'm locked in the screen with the serpents rolling endlessly), whether I return to the "account login menu" with again the message "unknown error".
If I try several timls, I get the same result : I cannot play anymore with that character :'(

And now the weird part of it :
If I log back into the game and if I try to play with another character than the the one that has bugged…it works, I can play !

And now the weirdest part of it :
If I stop my PC and start it again, if I log back into the game and I try to play with the character that has bugged….it works, I can play !

This makes me think that :
- the problem is not directly related to my PC, after the bug, I can play normaly with every of my characters but the one that has bugged ;
- there is somewhere a file or a process, with bugged data concerning the bugged character, and this file or process seems to be reseted/erased when the PC is restarted ;
- maybe the corruption of that file or process is the cause of the initial bug.

Anyone had the same problem ?
Anyone had found a cure ?
(restarting the PC after every bug cannot be a definitive solution !)
