Coldharbor is not in Tamriel

And yet the 6 shards locked behind the main storyline quest are needed for tamriel skyshard hunter. i have 513/519 skyshards and the only ones i don't have are behind the coldharbor quest wall. Tamriel does not include coldharbor. Coldharbor is literally off world, yes?

    Before they made dungeons port you back to your previous location, leaving Vault of Madness dropped you in the northern part of the zone and you could collect most of them before doing the quests in the southern half of the zone.

    You can ask guildies/friends/randoms in zone chat to taxi you to most (if not all) of the Coldharbour wayshrines so the shards are not really quest locked.

    Coldharbour isn't in Tamriel, but parts of Tamriel are in Coldharbour.

    yes that's true
    I guess it's because the achievement refers to the original base game shards, and they wanted an umbrella term for it, even if it's technically not true. However, Coldharbour has Tamrielic parts in it, most notably the Hollow City, so you can think of this to somewhat reconcile the misnomer of the achievement.

    If you have 513 skyshards, then spending at max half an hour to do the quests to get there is an issue how? Or just ask a friend or guild mate for port.

    FYI - Coldharbour and Fargrave are both not in Tamriel, yet pickpocketing NPCs there adds to the achievements to pickpocket NPCs “across Tamriel”. Sleep well tonight!

    Way back at launch(and for a while after) you started in Coldharbour and the main story finished there,

    Your very first skyshard was collected by you there! 😀

    Following that logic Western Skyrim is not in Tamriel and neither are all the other DLC zones because those are not part of the Tamriel Skyshard hunter achievement.
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    My first Skyshard was in Vvardenfel, so that goes to show you how much it doesn't even matter anymore.

    As long as you have someone port you there that has completed the faction quest lines in cold harbor you should be able to hitch a ride and go grab all of them.

    Hollow City was Delodiil, now its Hollow City not Delodiil.
    So if you've a date in Delodiil, they'll be waiting in Hollow City.

    Even old New York was once New Amsterdam.
    Why they changed it, I can't say.
    People just liked it better that waaaAAAAAYYYYY.

    Your wish is granted! You no longer need to collect the skyshards in Coldharbour for the achievement!

    However, you now need to go collect Western Skyrim, The Reach, Wrothgar, Craglorn, High Isle, Summerset, Northern Elsweyr, Southern Elsweyr, Blackwood, Vvardenfell and Murkmire instead. In addition to that, you will lose that achievement whenever a new zone is added to the Tamriel Map until you clear up the new zone.

    Also, there's a title for dominion, pact, covenant, craglorn, and cyrodil skyshard hunter but not one for tamriel skyshard hunter. there's an achievement for that but no title. very strange. 26 some days into this game...

    i have them all in the game available. all the skyshards the game offers.
