What does the Golden Vendor offer this week?
The Adhazabi Aba-daro is a special ESO vendor that only appears on the weekend to offer a random selection of gold jewelry (2 from dungeons and two from zone items sets), two monster set helms or shoulders (pledge dungeons).

Their location will depend on your faction: Aldmeri Dominion (Western Elsweyr Gate), Daggerfall Covenant (Northern High Rock Gate), Ebonheart Pact (Southern Morrowind Gate)
  1. Ring of the Sergeant – Healthy 250,000g / 500,000AP
  2. Overwhelming Ring – Arcane 250,000g / 500,000AP
  3. Spinner’s Ring – Arcane 150,000g / 300,000AP*
  4. Ring of Unfathomable Darkness – Robust 150,000g / 300,000AP*
  5. Stonekeeper’s Helm – Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP
  6. Molag Kena’s Helm– Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy) 100,000g / 200,000AP
*tradeable

Non-Jewelry Items purchased with Alliance points are impenetrable.

    This is a legitimate question, as your assertion isn't always true for the Golden Vendor, as PC has gotten new DLC drops when console was stuck with old base game items.

    Differences between platforms during the time updates go live on PC and when they arrive on Consoles​.

    Got myself one, running Unfathomable on my Reachman PvP Magden.
    It's not exactly good but it's on theme.
