Bind Accessibility toggle to ONE key?

I generally switch back and forth LOTS during a day because I use gamepad and MKB both. Wondering if it's possible as Title states.

Have you tried the automatic setting for gamepad mode?

There are issues with it, to be sure, but it beats when we used to have to go into settings to switch modes.
