This seems obvious, but the rest of the changes do not seem to account for this fact. Specifically changes to Regeneration and Healing Springs, which are the two most used heals among healers. Illustrious, despite ground hots getting a slight buff, was nerfed by roughly 30%. Regeneration got gutted as well, which hurts specifically mobile healing, disproportionately impacting fights like vCR+3 and the Rockgrove Hardmodes. This will require Tanks, Healers and DPS to make drastic setup changes to be able to complete difficult content. If that is the intent, that should be stated.

    Yeah, we're doing some theory crafting right now to deal with the disaster that was our DSR hm raid today, and it just feels ridiculous. The trifecta is absolutely, without a doubt, out of reach for all but maybe 3-4 teams right now.

    Yeah. Unsure if this was intended at all. It doesn't seem to be.

    Yes, the loss of RR for mobile fights is a pretty big deal. I thought that the intent was to leave the ground-based heals alone. I know the reason for the loss of RR was because mobile heals were a problem for PVP, but why nerf the ground-based heals? I'm on the console so I haven't had to deal with any of this yet on my healer. I'm not at all looking forward to it... :-(

    Personal heals are way up, however.

    Polar Winds is a 16k instant heal for tank and one other, plus a 25k/10 second component. (50-55k tank)
    Dark Cloak is 7500/second for 5 seconds while standing still (50-55k tank)
    Masters sword and shield is an 8k heal per pierce armor.
    Vigor, for a DD, is now like 22k/4 seconds.

    With personal healing so high perhaps ZoS wants more personal responsibility in these situations!

    In this logic, it surprises me that I, as a healer with low defense and low kill ability, do less healing with 1 abilitt than 1 button selfheal for a character with high kill ability. It's definitely balanced.
