There has never been such poor performance on this server!

I will believe the supposed server upgrade for the EU region when it is finally done. NA has beenupgraded but rather by the way and not because of ESO - shared infrastructure for other projects. Meanwhile, ZOS has no reason (a legitimate reason to spend money that won't pay off) to do anything with infrastructure in the EU and consequently I wouldn't count on the EU region getting an upgrade ever, especially given the failure of U35 and falling revenues.
