I'd thought I'd get in here and finally test U35 out but with latency averaging around 200+ with extended spikes to 400-500??

✭Maybe it is because of the all new unnecessary cooldowns introduced with U35.
For example Surprise Attack has a cooldown associated with it, that totally could be avoided for the sake of performance.
Also heavy attacks have some sort of cooldown too.2 -
