I was wondering what is the highest amount of kills in a single match? There's probably somebody over 100 I'm guessing...

I've had some good matches in BG's, and today I went 76-1. My one death was because my ultimate wouldn't drop. I kept getting a resetting circle until I died trying to use it. I would have probably had 80 to 90 kills if I hadn't died.

    Been playing over 8 years.

    Yesterday I killed a guy in cyradil while doing town quests.

    I was level 14.

    First kill ever! Now my achievement says 'dark elf 1/1000.

    :#

    I can now retire from PvP :D

    You were playing Chaos Ball and never actually carried the ball. Like, not once?

    I have to ask: were you just running around nuking people from behind who were trying to go after the person carrying the ball?

    If so, that is very different from going 76-1 in a Deathmatch.

    Getting high kill numbers in BGS like that is entirely dependant on the other teams willingness to keep dropping down out of spawn to continually die.

    Most will cease to drop down or they will leave the match entirely.

    They are a Warden. While the 76 kills are an impressive number. It they had played the objective they would have easily won but instead they went on a killing spree and only tied for first place.

    The story behind the story: For years I played the objective, up until that game. I was upset to say the least. The final straw was 16,259 fall damage from the last match, lol. I switched over to one of my sorcs, and said okay let's go! For the team I was on, I was better doing what I did, and let my teammates carry as I defended them. As for TDM, obviously you cannot get that many kills during a match. The match would be over too quickly.

    As for my question, does anyone know the highest kills in a match? I'm wondering if anyone has ever broken 100....

    Nice kills bro don’t let anyone tell you you shouldn’t kill in a PVP game. BGs are for killing and killing only

    Well, everyone is certainly entitled to enjoy the game the way they want to.

    I enjoy the different strategies that help your team win in BGs, whether it’s capture the relic, crazy king, dominating flags, chaosball, or death match.

    If all I wanted to do was kill people, I think I wouldn’t waste my time on BGs and would instead focus on Cyrodiil.

    It’s really too bad they no longer have a dedicated Deathmatch queue for those who prefer straight combat over the other games.

    I think I have personally seen a few 80+ kills. But in an actual deathmatch where killing is the objective and people are focusing on killing you instead of running after chaosball or other objectives, things become different. I am sure you would have had more deaths if the other teams were doing the same as you.

    34 kills in a deathmatch will mean 510 score and victory. So thats the cap where it matters.

    The point of the exercise was to see how many kills would be possible in a single match. The strategy I used seemed logical. I could have had between 80 to 90 if I hadn't died.

    I'm asking if anyone knows what the highest amount is they've seen, and also if they have a picture for proof?

    Proof? No i dont keep screenshots of other people's kills but I am certain I have seen 80+ kills more than once.

    My own personal best was 31/34 kills in a deathmatch, I might have that screenshot somewhere.

    84 back when WW battlescaling was broken and you could hit 20+k heavy attacks. I've seen some screenshots with above 90 on WW as well.

    I know 80 to 90ish is definitely doable! I wanna see someone break 100...there has to be someone who's done it. As for my run, it was a perfect storm. The map, game mode, players, etc. Shark in a small pond full of guppies...

    I've been in some games where the healing is ridiculous. I've seen several people on a team have healing in the millions, and everyone is a tank. It's kinda like Forest Gumps box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.
