Anyone else getting a ton of random "An unexpected error has occurred" login errors since the event?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck solving the "Unexpected error has occurred. Please contact customer service" error upon trying to login to the game. I've tried everything possible on my end and it seems to happen at complete random but I can't find anything about this anywhere so am I just cursed?

PC/Steam and NA server. Totally bizarre and random, was able to login fine earlier, logged out and now can't get back in. Never seen this happen until the event.

Hmm. I don't use steam, but PC NA as well as EU. And I don't play at this time of day - I get to play from 7 am MT until about 2 pm, so.... not prime time.

I can't even remember I've ever had that happen - even on weekends. Have you done a ping test?

Yes, on PC EU on Grayhost (PVP Cyro).

It's part of the 'crash package deal'.

Sometimes you crash..sometimes you get that instead. I prefer your version.

Pc/ NA server can't log in, fatal error 11 reported. Can log in to PTS, but I don't want to play on PTS...still waiting for a solution. See error thread in Bug Reports forum.

I have constant lag spikes & occasional server kicks - and later "account already logged in" or "can't access server" or something like that. It all started with Update 35.

My ping jumps to 999+ every couple of seconds. And all I am doing is crafting in my house. In fact it does not matter what I do. If I will go to solo nFG just for lols - it also gets laggy as hell too...

It is not related to a device I use (I have a Desktop & Laptop) and it also does not matter what ISP I use. I have quite fast fibre network connection and also a mobile connection if I use my phone as a modem. Switching between those does not affect the game lag at all.

this has been going on for many months. Steps taken: new CPU/mobo, GPU, NvME, moved game from SSD to NvME so it is in the C: drive. repair game client 4 times, R+R game completely, 3x, Reinstalled windows 10, upgraded to 11. Submitted ticket being ignored this time,. The game could run great for 3-5 days then crash 5 times in one hr., It's very random. Don't need to be in major battles or anything, just AFKing in keeps also crashes.

I tried running game from client.exe without launcher. Emptying addon folder does help it seems, maybe? But still crash with 0 addons installed.

Hi I am experiencing the same thing as of today.

999 ping, kicked to login and everything is fine when I do 'ping meter' tests to places all around the world.

My ping is around 30 and has a max spike of 80 (just one) during a ping test.

What's going on?

Got the game working. (Probably by accident, last night.) Uninstalled add ons, and repaired from sub menu) Thank you!

I'm having the same problem. I just played and then I watched some youtube and now want to log back in and it says something like check if my username and password is correct and if I bought the game on steam that I should log in in steam. Caps was off, tried in steam and got the same message.

So now I cannot play anymore...
