Your Request to Queue has Failed

I get this every time I try to play a ranked match.

    I am getting this same error "Your request to queue has failed" as well. Have logged out and back in same result. I was able to play a match earlier today but now getting this error.

    Same here. I logged out and back in and still have the same problem. Guessing it's because of the new patch.

    The campaign is locked because of a bug.
