Precision Edit for Housing is currently broken

After last patch... if you press the key for the Precision Edit on a furnishing, some arrows should appear ON the item to be moved. Those arrows don't appear anymore.
I tried to force these arrows to appear, by clicking the option "F Cursor Mode", and they do appear, but in a strange way. Firstly you have to step forward a little to be able to use the Precision Edit feature (after clicking F Cursor Mode); then sometime these arrows are false and they point in different ways, so if I want to move up... usually I have to pick the 5 key, but the arrow may suggest another key (false). I assume that this feature is currently bugged.

Bugged for me as well. WraithCaller88✭✭✭Same here, the arrows don't show up at all. I also notice that collision seems to be wonky, as furnishings no longer react to other furnishings or the environment when placing them.2 -
