What determines how many points you get for winning a match?
Sometimes I win 110, sometimes I win 210, and I don't see anything that explains why these amounts vary. What determines how many points we get for winning a match?
This should be outlined clearly for any competitive game, including Tribute. The exclusion of this sort of transparency and many other aspects of competitive Tribute are the main reasons I have no interest in it outside of casual fun games.
The question I'd like to ask is not so much how it's calculated (which would be great to know), but why we as players aren't being told how it's calculated. We are expected to enjoy the format competitively without knowing all the rules of the competitive format.
Could be completely wrong here but it seems you get 110 for a win after a loss and 210 for a consecutive win. This seems to be what's happening for me in the voidsteel rank.
On the lower ranks it might go up to 310 if you're on a streak, I remember getting 310 occasionally but wasn't paying too much attention at the time. Haven't had a 310 win in voidsteel yet even with 3 wins in a row.
Edit: this doesn't seem to be the case actually. I just got 210 from a win after 4 losses in a row. So who knows!
