Twitch stream not tracking time watched

I watched one of the Bethesda Twitch streams for an hour and a half but it still wasn't enough to register a full 15 minutes of watching to get the drops. Yes, my account is connected. I've earned Twitch drops from previous events without issue but there's something wrong with this event. My timer stopped at 86% of 15 minutes and didn't progress for the remainder of the 1.5 hours that I watched.

✭yeah I clicked on participating streams and the drops didn't advance, now the campaign is over and I guess I just miss out.
I watched hours of stuff I didn't care about from other Bethesda studios I guess for nothing.

✭✭✭ESO Twitch drops are only accounted on ESO related streams. ✭✭✭✭✭According to the ESO drops campaign details on Twitch, the next campaign will be active in a few hours, from 11 AM EDT to 3 PM EDT (from 3 PM UTC to 7 PM UTC).
Watch one of the ESO-related streams on the Bethesda, Bethesda_PL, Bethesda_FR, Bethesda_NL, or Eurogamer_ES channels for at least 15 minutes during that time period to earn the two drops (the special Fire Atronach guar pet and Crown Crate).
Also, make sure you go to your drops page in Twitch and actually claim the drops once you've earned them. The two drops are linked together, so when I claimed one of them it automatically claimed the other one as well. But once I logged into the game it took a little while for the drops to show up. You should get an in-game Notification that the guar pet has been added to your Non-Combat Pets, and the Crown Crate should also be available to open at that time.
Of course, make sure your ESO and Twitch accounts are linked while watching the streams. If you view the campaign details in Twitch I think it should say whether or not your accounts are linked.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

✭The stream itself even said that ESO stuff would be on later and drops would be enabled so I kept watching
and the time never went up and the campaign ended.
