Where can I find a list of the recipes that I have already learned? I can not find them anywhere.

Go to a cooking fire and uncheck the "have ingredients" tab.

I guess you just need to go to a cooking fire and select the show all recipes option.

At cooking fire, uncheck both 'have ingredients' and 'have skills' then you will get a list of all recipes learned.

There's also a UI Add On that will show you all your recipes and their ingredients in one window; it's not (yet) terribly intuitive since AFAIK you cannot sort it to your choice, but it DOES list the Provisioning Level and Quality Level skill ranks you need to craft that recipe (since you can LEARN recipes that you cannot yet craft either because your Recipe Quality skill is not high enough or your actual Provisioning skill is not high enough).
