Are you in group? If yes you must disband a take quest again. Its a buuuuuggggggg..... Or maybe feature, who knows on High Isle. Or at least on PC EU it was a bug.
Main problem after launch was when you are in group sometimes just objectives don't count or you can't interact with quest things, there with documents, on one WB with soldier corpses for rings. AND with wife we encountered THE SAME problem on Deadlands WB daily with boss Unmaker. FluffyReachWitch✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, this bug is still present as of tonight.
Looks like it'll be fixed with Update 35, though. I generally avoid reading quest and story fixes in patch notes if I haven't played the content yet, so I didn't realize it was going to be broken when I was questing tonight.
PTS Patch Notes v8.1.0Spies in the Shallows: This quest will no longer become blocked while completing it with a group member also on the quest.
I'm also surprised, because that puts the fix over two months after High Isle launched. I wonder why that was chosen instead of a small post-launch patch?0
