Banner mix up
So wandering through Rimmen on an alt, and I happen to notice that the banners are a bit.. mixed. Now, I'm not entirely sure whats causing, but my best guess is something to do with ahcievements and conflicting conditions.

To clarify; I ran through Elsweyr's MQ on my Main Char, and earned the associated achievements and whatnot.0
