    Yes. A moderator on another thread ( tech support forum ) says we need to submit tickets to customer support to recover our accounts.

    They probably said that before they knew what was going on, because the whole eso account backend is down by the looks of it.

    It looks like at least the EU logins are back up and running, i was just able to log into PC-EU finally
