Cyro design flaw (in my humble opinion)

So I go into a cave for a quest, and I can't get back out because now I lost my place. I've been stuck in here for 10 minutes and dying doesn't help. Once you're in Cyro, you shouldn't get kicked out in the middle of a quest. This seems like a serious design flaw, doesn't it?

    Make that 20 minutes stuck in this cave, getting the message I can't make the jump because the destination is full.
    Is there anything I can do to get out here?
    Edit - apparently not, other than logging out and getting sent back to Tamriel, which I finally did

    Last time that happened to me logging out didn't fix it either. ZoS has known about it for quite a while now so I am guessing it isn't an easy fix.

    This happens all the time in imperial city. I spam the exit till it lets me out.

    If you care about AP, go to low pop - Evergloam, Ashpit, etc.

    Problem not solved because I also like a challenge, and you need fights to get AP fast (Gray Host is beyond me, but Blackreach has always been my home)

    I think you can try to queue to one of empty Imperial City Campaigns and it should teleport you to IC sewer's Alliance Base. And from there you can exit through a door and you are back to PvE zones.

    Yeah, I'm not a fan of this design either. People inside Cyrodiil's delves should be kept in the campaign population.
