I completely understand there are probably 1000 topics about this one quest.. well here is 1001.. I have been waiting a VERY long time to do this One quest!! You said it would be fixed in 1.0.4 then again in 1.0.5 and yet again in this new 1.0.6 patch.. PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS QUEST!!!!! Move the Npc outside or something so he is clickable!! or Change the whole quest line so the Npc in another town gives you the quest.. i dont care.. but FIX IT PLZ!!! My alt account did the quests out of order "never went to "dune" and got the quest easy.. but if you do the quest in order.. and have to talk to the NPC in your "capital city" it is BROKE and does not Work!! ERRRRRRR.. I hope you get 5000x more reports an hour and have to bring the whole server down again just to fix this... i dont care how you do it.. but plz do something!!

If you honestly think that's is what passes as "working", then god help this MMO if that's how a main storyline quest is meant to "work". That's a work around.. a work around for the main storyline quest in a triple A game.
He has every right to be annoyed about it.4 -

The problem is that it was announced that it was fixed patch after patch after patch. Yet, here we are.

Try dropping the quest and the redoing it, as far as I know quests are fixed so they won't break once you reacquire them, rather than retroactively fix broken quests that you are already part way through.1 -

You can't drop the main quest unfortunately.1 -

I think at least main story must work in a triple A game where you pay/month.
Unfortunately i don`t fix quests
So you have 2 options: do it like this or wait for some random answer to your ticket.

.Messages Across Tamriel: Vanus will now always be present and appear where intended.
However, if you still encounter issues when trying to complete this quest, please have a look in our knowledge base.
