Booted from Server for Shopping?

Any idea why I have been frequently "booted from server" lately when I I buying recipes/motifs, downloading my mail (to get what I bought), and then learning them?
Am I risking my account doing this?

I am not going to waste time shopping without them. That is why I abandoned all my stuff (extensive) on the PS4 for addons.
Annoying I needed to do that, but that is the way it is now.PC
