Gate into Anequina

When you look at the Tamriel map there should be a gate between Reaper's March and Northern Elsweyr (Anequina / Ne Quin-al). But I can't find one. Is there one is asking S'sari Sajkar, female Khajiit.
During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

The gate connecting Reaper's March with Northern Elsweyr can be found southeast of the Fort Sphinxmoth Wayshrine.

Yes, the road at the northern limit of Northern Elsweyr crosses into Reaper’s March near Fort Sphinxmoth. I recall a short tunnel is involved.

From the Reaper’s March side, the entrance is close to the gate that will not let you into Cyrodiil, so it is easy to think you can’t go anywhere.

Funny that gate was plain in my face... never went past the questgiver ...

I usually start a character with him/her exploring its territory in search of wayshrines. Give the character a life before he/she meets the Hooded Figure.

Whit a Khajiit (post Elsweyr Chapter) I was going through the Valenwood Gate into Grahtwood then north past the Redfur Trading Post into Malabar Tor going around and around to finally encounter the Hooded Figure in Dune, up again for the last wayshrine at Fort Sphinxmoth. Then cheating using the wayshrine and going to Senchal. That takes about 3.5 hours.

With this gate going to Reaper's March it only takes 1.25 hours ...

    Thks for the info ...
