This list is accurate to the best of our knowledge, none of the new sets should work.

@ZOS_GinaBruno I know this was mentioned in the past but just wanted to double check; Is there still going to be an official set list for Ravenwatch updated with High Isle and previous sets?

I believe it was tested that the new Coral Riptide works in no-proc, but i have not personally tested it yet.

I haven’t collected Coral Riptide yet so I’ve been as of yet unable to test it in order to update my thread. I do try to update it when others confirm that something works.
It would be nice if they could make it obvious in game when a line on a set is disabled, like turn it red or something. I always feel bad for any new players who would have zero idea what a process set (proc set) is in the first place. The in game description leaves much to be desired.

Best case would be to "grey out" not working set bonusses or to add a tag to item sets if they are proc or not. ZOS never told us why they don't want us to have that kind of information, in fact they just ignored every player asking for a consolidated, up-to date list. No-proc is now part of this game, so why is it so hard to provide at least the information in the Patch Notes when new item sets are introduced?
