High Isle Chapter House?

I thought it might be worth noting that with the Elsweyr, Greymoor and Blackwood Chapters we all eventually received an unlockable house in addition to the basic inn rooms. (Hall of the Lunar Champion in Rimmen, Proudspire Manor in Solitude and Water's Edge in Leyawiin.) The August Showcase shows a house for purchase in the Crown Store for High Isle, which is great, the more houses the merrier I think. However, normally at this point we do have a designated house for the chapter, I'm curious will there not be one this year? I know we also have an earnable event related house late in Q3 as of late, which has been separate, Antiquarians Alpine Gallery and Doomchar Plataeu and also that Psijic Island House. My question is there some sort of property coming with High Isle at long last?
When I preordered I suppose I was justifying, in part, the cost of the chapter with the digital real estate in mind.

Note to the mods, if I may be so bold, I suspect as this pertains to the content of the High Isle chapter as opposed to an independent crown Store House or decorating discussion this would be best in this general subforum.

There was also one in Alinor, the townhouse. There was a Classic in Vvardenfell too tho not in the City so haven't got around to getting it.

I was really disappointed there wasn't a Classic house in the zone at release, the only one seems to be a Notable which will no doubt be crown exclusive and too expensive for me for what I'd use it for - I've always bought the classic as a TP point, with extra loadscreens in and out of most of the Inns it's worth the price!

I had half a hope that the last event morph would be another house but looks like it's just a furnishing, albeit a really useful one. The only hope now is for the High Isle event if they do the pathfinder thing again. Not sure they will with account wide achievements but fingers crossed! I guess it won't be in the city even then tho

Just going to put in here that I can't wait to get my hands on the High Isle house that's coming up. It's gorgeous.

I also really love the idea of a furnishing that lets you set the time of day for your house. Wonderful for us vampire RPing folks

I'm, all in all, pretty happy with what I got with High Isle. The art direction has been beautiful, even if the execution was buggy.
