Can you please address the fact that most of the time we are unable to use voice chat or guild chat from within ESO?
Guilds have died because we are no longer able to use guild chat. Yes I can get it to work if I relog about 20 times. This is unacceptable.

malistorr✭✭✭✭Agreed 100%. My PVP guild tries to use voice chat "All Members 1" when playing in Blackreach Cyrodiil. Yesterday I couldn't get it to work almost the whole day. Finally later at night it started working again. I had to play most of the day without the ability to hear anyone or talk to them. This not working definitely defeats the purpose of having an "online" game. I felt like I was playing alone all day. It seems to be worse during the event. Much much worse.
At the top of the menus there is "area" or "group". It kept putting me in "group" and even if I tried to leave that it would put me right back in. I couldn't hear anyone or talk to them. I couldn't join any of the 3 "all member" options for any of my 5 guilds.0
