I'd go back and do the solo dungeons.. make sure areas are explored fully, run around and open some chests in coldharbor if you can find them too. Also, if you haven't done all of the group dungeons, I would recommend those. The quests given a good chunk of exp when you complete them, especially considering the lower level ones are a breeze to do when you're level 40+. Most the dungeons will have lots of chests too, so if you're doing the ones your level make sure to pick locks!

I dunno much about recouping levels. I generally explore every area, pick the lock on every chest I see, and make sure I've gotten all the questing/exploration achievements that I can for that area before moving on.. I've always been 2-3 levels ahead of zones I'm going into.. just hit VR 1 and not done with Coldharbor yet. So my guess would be you missed some stuff along the way, even if you feel/think you got everything.

He's talking about public dungeons: the torch icons on your map that don't have a big plus-sign next to them.

But as mentioned, the easiest way for you to level is going to be to go back and actually do all the quests in the areas you think you already completed.

I haven't grinded anything, just done all the quests in every zone, well u can call that grinding, which means I level up right as I switch to new zone, im 600 xp points from VR2 and just entered the VR2 zone.

So im thinking you have skipped a lot of quests, or and haven't killed as many mobs during questing

Check that you found every location in each zone. You could have missed a location and a set of quests along the way. Google some maps of the different zones you've played in and compare to your in-game map to see if you missed anything. As @Shimond mentioned above your journal also has achievements that will help you see what you might have missed.

Some of the level 12 ones you may be able to do, possible even the level 22 or whatever ones.. but beyond that it'd probably be a little iffy. I personally can solo the level 12 stuff now, and didn't have too much trouble with the level 22 stuff, but I am a healer, so keeping myself alive isn't really an issue with bosses.

Most the time if you ask in a guild if someone wants to do dungeons for skill points, even lower level ones.. you'll get a partner or two. Or at least I always do when I ask in guild.

But yeah, both public and group dungeons are good to do for exp if you haven't done them yet.

I stopped there, because there is no way you completed all the quests in all available zones and didn't hit 50. It's absolutely impossible.

Actually it is very possible, he never said he did it all solo, he can complete quests without doing the killing himself if he was in a group.
