A couple weeks ago, I received the last Oakensoul lead from a Volcanic Vent, I used scrying then rode off to excavate the lead stopping for resources along the way. When I was nearly to the excavation location I was kicked to the character screen, logging back in I find myself at the wayshrine I used to get to the volcanic vent, I have assumed in the past this type of crash was related to a local zone crash on the megaserver and did not believe I lost items, but in this case because of the Oakensoul lead I could see I did lose everything in over 15 minutes of play time to a reset, including achievements.

So now I see I am losing anything gained during this lost time due to a reset. In the last 2 month I have 4 or so of these resets, the last time I played I had them also. I always blamed the losses on myself, forgetting the character that has something, or selling/decon an item even though I had it locked, not realizing I made a purchase for coin missing.

My account is from early access, not sure if that might be a potential cause.

I put in a ticket in game, have not had a response. The oakensoul lead wasn't a big deal, I had it a second time within 30 minutes, but with so many things gated behind parts of the game I do not enjoy playing, harder to replace losses without a resolution from customer service would be a problem.

Now that I see this problem, which I would have dismissed, some of the other claims people have made about permanent character bugs seem credible.
