I need help! The problem has not been solved for 3 months. You need to move the character's name from one account to another account. As a result, a character with this name is not created on another account, an error occurs: "save error". The name is not occupied, it can still be used on the old account. I have been waiting for a solution to this problem for three months. There are so many possibilities for new names If the technical people can't fix it.
Maybe someone else used the name in the meantime. Or you used the name at exactly the same time someone else pressed the create button using that name?
Unless the name is banned and they have new rules to stop it during creation. His name wasn't Abner.Tharn was it?0 -
