sounds like some serious lag, i sometimes see this kind of thing happen with regular base enemies, but never for that long (the longest ive seen is maybe 10-15 seconds)
i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
This happened to me while helping someone farm for leads a few weeks ago. After some joking around in /say, the nearby adventurers agreed to try wiping, and we allowed the vampire lord to kick our butts. Immediately after the fight ended, the vampire lord politely turned into a pile of ashes and we claimed our loot.
After today's patch I saw a new degree of bugginess. The vampire lord froze in place spamming the ground aoe in a line instead of when it flies across dropping the strafing shot and then teleported to 2 other targets to continue attacking the ground and spamming the ground aoe in a V-angle.
Agree to all the above! The vampire final boss at the harrowstorms is bugged alright!
His HP reaches ZERO but he's alive (ok, i get it , he's undead and lives forever but.... it's getting ridiculous).
it takes a few more minutes fighting a boss who has zero health and full strength abilities.
