Wondering what you guys have been trying.
I tried using the twilight in hopes of it healing me but I haven't leveled it to the point of modification. The damn thing dies too fast. It seems like it has a taunt on those bolts it casts. That's why I switched to lightning form.
Next couple of levels I'll be adding more stamina points as blocking uses a ton.

I am not that satisfied with lightning flood but it works pretty ok together with the rest. And I just got dawnbreaker from the fighters guild and gonna morph it to the passively more weapon damage.
So far it works pretty well. For Leveling I am wearing 3 accessory peaces for reduced Bash cost for instanced tanking I have to equip 1-2 magic defense accessorys because the medium armor lacks of it^^
The tanking bar has a taunt, enough aoe, selfheal and the lightning armor for speed buff, aoe damage and extremly nice armor/magic defense buff. Works pretty nice for solo levling as well as "normal" tanking.
The second bar is (as you can see) just for healing and support. Solo healing an instance is pretty tough with this I think but for PvP and Group Content in PvE it fits perfectly. The medium armor doesn't give any advantages to the healing bar but through the stamina recovery I can just use Dark Conversion more often.
No a super well skill setup but it works pretty fine for me and for all purposes
