ZOS please don't nerf light attacks and DOTs in Update 35

Hello Zenimax, I'm just getting bits and pieces here and there, and what I hear is that the LA will not scale from your damage. The other thing is the DOT tick damage will be drastically decreased, but it will last longer. I think it will be bad for PvP, how can it even be good? So many builds are just going down the drain, so many sets are becoming useless in an instant. Please do not nerf LA and DOTs in Update 35

✭✭✭✭✭dot wise, the nerfs are mostly coming from player cast skills, not sets
the only 2 sets i know that are getting changed related to pvp that are dots would be plaguebreak and savage werewolf
savage werewolf will only proc in melee range and tick every 2 sec
plague dot is getting nerfed by 48% (and the 20 sec cooldown per target)
however many other set dots are not getting affected (like there was no mention on stuff like sheer venom, etc) that would still be relevant0
