Unable to use Incapacitating strike
Night Blade's "Incapacitating strike" superpower does not work if the superpower points are 120-134. The description of the superpower says that at 120 points it acquires additional properties, but nowhere does it say that the new skill can be used only at 135. As a result, we're left without superpowers for 5 seconds.
If the "green" version can only be pressed at 135, why take away the standard one at 120?

✭This issue occurs when being a vampire. They have increased ultimate cost and therefore you can't use the "upgrade" at 120 points.
But it is a bug of course. You should be able to use the ulti with 120 power, but it's still the 1st stage version then.1 -

✭incap cost is a default bug and old, maybe too hard to fast fix. Normally there's two abilities, and you get the second one at 120 ult points, however the ult cost is higher due to vampire so u can't activate it.
They must add some conditions to leave your normal ult on bar until you reach the new cost price of the upgraded ult.
It maybe has a condition "player reaches 120 ult > change" and should be "player reaches X > change, where X = cost of upgraded ult"-PC EU- / battlegrounds on my youtube0
