Can't login after resetting my password

I haven't played in years and didn't have my old password
I went through the reset password process successfully
But when I attempted to login, it told me the user id or password was wrong
I repeated the reset password process 3 times, still unable to login with none of the 3 passwords

I submitted a support ticket but didn't get any resolution, 220714-000156

    Never mind, I was trying to login using my e-mail instead of my user id
