Volcanic Vents High Isle spawning

I've been in High Isle for quite awhile and I have yet to see the Feywatch Isle volcanic vent spawn. It keeps going back and forth between Flooded and Garick's Rise. What is the rotation?

It sounds like you don't have all the vents in High Isle uncovered. There doesn't appear to be any rotation, sometimes the same vent will be repeated (I've seen that happen up to 3 times at a single vent).

There are vents on High Isle and on Amenos. Uncover the rest and see how that goes.

I've discovered all of the vents. I have 5 of 7 complete. I can't complete them if they never spawn there. I've also seen how they've gone back and forth several times even last week, and it's still doing that. I thought it was just bugged for that night. Something seems odd.

Is this based on looking at the map? If so, I've found that I can't see which vent is active from town at all. Only if I'm in High Isle or on Amenos (not sure about the town on Amenos tho).

I've also seen that @Nymity. Only if I'm outside of the city and looking at both islands, I can see which one is active. And I've watched it spawn only certain ones. I haven't been there in the past couple days, so not sure if it's continuing.
