Any info regarding frequent crashing issues?

Ever since that update during the Zeal of Zenithar event my game has been crashing frequently with no particular cause even with no addons after solving game crash on start caused by Overwolf overlay being active with eso

When I ask in game many says they have similar issue but on the technical section I only see the later with overwolf

What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?

@ZOS_bill Yes, full reinstall without any addons and driver/OS update

There is also consistant crashing when changing graphic option such as anti-aliasing but not on the login screen

There could be an issue with your settings leading to these crashes.

Try deleting these two settings files to ensure ESO is at it's default settings. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Open up the Documents folder on your computer.
Open the Elder Scrolls Online folder, then open the Live folder.
Find the ShaderCache and UserSettings files.
Create copies of each file, then delete the originals.
Close everything and start ESO again.

NOTE: This will reset all in-game settings to their defaults. Please take a moment when you next log in to review the settings for the game.

One last step to try is running under a selective startup.

Disabling background processes can be done by rebooting the PC into a selective startup. This will disable third party software running on the PC. Test your setup under the selective startup and see if the issue persists.
