I want to trust you Rich, but I'm looking at over a year now of patch notes that have left me worried, anxious, and disappointed.

Those fears then come to reality on live with plenty of "we told you so" vibes from a majority of the player base.

Wasn't it this patch last year you unveiled Dark Convergence? Did we forget what happened from that?

Your players are tired of not being listened to and not being communicated to. I think a lot of the feedback in these forums are more than fair and professional.

Sure, there's definitely some that are not constructive and just rude for the sake of being rude, but that will happen regardless. There's so many well informed voices in this board providing very meaningful, informed, and experienced feedback.

I want to trust you, but you should know that this past year hasn't given me any reason to trust this combat team.

I am fully expecting to hear no more from the devs about warden or any of the other mega nerfs that saw light in PTS1 outside of patch notes. They'll get published, no dev will come here to explain, and as a reaction, @ZOS_Kevin will take the fire of our frustration from feeling ignored.

I want you to earn my trust. I hope you earn it again.

One thing that would help trust: Don't "fix" the testing target dummy the same patch you make sweeping changes to prevent 1:1 comparisons between live and pts.
