A thought a solution for ZOS without nerf anybody U35

Right im a xbox player and i will say this. im an average player i do 70k 80k with all of my char, by seeing this patch im realy scared about what you'll wanna do next patch for many reason but i will not explain.
Now the problem from what i saw is you are trying to decrease the gap between low players and high players(or meta players)right.

Why ZOS u dont simply adjust your VET content that people want?

Example:

Vet DLC dungeons you will select you difficulty before you que or select, you wanna do Scalecallerpeak on vet? 3 difficulties easy\norm\hard.

Easy:just a non-dlc vet

Norm:A bit less of the current Vet dlc dung

Hard:Current state

Without nerfing anything.

Same for trial, whos in crown select in group UI the difficulty and thats it. I know requires time to adjust all dung and trial.

Every one can get his content, enjoy, challenge him self do practice or been just a casual and have fun.

    Simple is way better than complex. Your idea is both simple and might work.

    I'd offer an equally simple idea. If lowering the ceiling and raising the floor is the objective, focus on exactly and precisely those two goals. Small buffs on most things (or at a minimum, zero nerfs) to raise the floor and a simple damage cap to lower the ceiling. Dps capped at xxx (pick a number).

    PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo

    The best thing they could do right now is reassure the player-base this is not going forwards and they will rethink the changes, although I think the rot may have gone to far.

    People are not waiting for the final PTS week, they are leaving now.

    Initial proposed changes should be close and then tweaked as it progresses to release. Small changes won't do here, and a lot of players know it

    The silence from ZoS is deafening.

    They already did a good job of helping lower end players with the Oakensoul ring last patch, hailing it for providing accessibility. Then they nerfed it.....

    Content-wise for some of the vet dlcs, it may be an idea to have a medium difficulty. The step up from normal to vet can be challenging for a lot of people. I don't think either normal vet or vet hm should change.

    Give people an option to queue for random non dlc dungeons. The medium lvl dungeons are there, for people to practice on. Just improve accessibility.

    The trouble is ZOS seems to no longer want to invest any effort or resources in the game. They don't want to bother making story mode dungeons, they don't want to bother making training dojo mechanics, they don't want to bother making cosmetic spell effect adjustments, they don't want to bother adding new classes or buying new servers to improve performance.

    They have been stuck in a rut where they just repeat a formula with minimal effort and continually turn the game on its head with massive over-nerfing of anything people are actually using every 3-6 months.

    When the biggest feature of an MMO expansion is a card game you know things aren't looking good. But they literally just promised us they would stop making these massive lurching nerfs and focus on small incremental changes with testing 6 months ago.

    After 8 years what was suddenly so horrific about light attacks they had to not only go back on their word not even half a year later, but unleash one of the most massive class-identity and combat flow crushing uber nerfs in the history of the game?

    What even brought this on?

    thing is .. people are over powered.. and using this to get past in duggens and win the entire duggen and then they leave..
    this issue
    and some people dont care,, and find another person but some people moan about it
    thing is this might help and this might be good thing
    people who wanted play eso online multi player now can
    and people solo can also play..
    its not about one side of coin
    its about both worlds..
    everyone do get a say
    and people all matter.. its not one group sided its two sided because there is two sides to a coin..
    we all wanna be powerful and run the game and be able to be better than everyone lol well not me lol. other maybe yes,,
    if anything this game as lost its appel to multiplayer games and now it can regain it you might disagree and there is failty not alot multi playing people left.. maybe it will bring them back..
    hope so.
    some people like be solo and syrim the new game is out or is coming out soon thats solo.. lol go play that
    or play eso and let people play solo and multiplayer.. but dnt judge us for like diffrent things,,
    we only ask to let people be themselves but be nice.. and try new things.. old things too,.
    this game has a potentiel to be for everyone,.. please understand and try to think about others,, its not one sided it both sided..
    people have own feelings.. and own likes in things.. there is and can be alot diffrent things that can be in this game and maybe in the future will be maybe..
    there is so much and unlimted things to come..
    but we all need to think about others.. and then areselves.. and maybe you disagree its fine..
    this is multiplaying and solo game .. and people need two sides y to the join..

    You still cant do trifectas to get any collectibles.
    And thats 80% of the reason to do most dungeons

    Multiple levels means multiple sets of mechanics. Can't just increase health resistance or some other stat or that would be the same battle just a little longer.
    So each level would need unique mechanics.

    "Give people an option to queue for random non dlc dungeons."

    You can do that now by picking all the non dlc dungeons in the specific dungeon tab. You will not get the reward for doing a random though. The random queue is there to help players that are looking to do a specific dungeon fill their group. To that end all dungeons must be a part of the random queue.

    @kargen27 to me they "just" need to min/max VET dlc/trial enemies hp,res. outgoing & incoming dmg for those difficulties preserving the mechanics. So if someone willing to push cause he/she learn and worked with his set up, can switch for normal diff. and see how it go, positive end, good! switch for hard and see , otherwise if u will not min/max your build and learn combat/enemy mech nothing change u can still do "VET dlc/trial easy diff." and still enjoy.
