ERROR 334 (3:1:1118:0) Lost lobby connection error when attempting to load any one of my 14 characters.

Rogue_WolfESO✭✭✭✭Tried to view cinematic at login screen to see what happens, part way through the video I got disconnection and error 303 (6:3:1:1556:2)
The issue is not with my router or pc, the issue is on the game server side 100%0 -

The web page help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/incident?fresh is taking an abnormally long time to load (over 5 min) with intermittent connection spikes showing on task performance manager. All other sites load instantly. The internet icon spins constantly as something is not loading. All I can see after minutes of waiting is the high isle buy now banner. ✭✭I just did quick daily casual ticket - writ - endeavor at pceu no problems. I did have 1s queue at login. Might help if you mentioned the platform / region if you are having problem.1 -
