[Edit] We have Pirate Outfits, a pirate personality, pirate themed motifs, and pirate furnishings, but no pirate hat. High Isle has quite bit of pirates and it's literally a Ocean-based chapter with ships, pirates, marine/coral creatures, and underwater themes.

I just hope Zos puts it in the final DLC of High Isle, wanted a pirate hat for a long time and this is probably the only shot to get one.

Non-Glowy Eyes could be nice, since many skins straight-out removes your eyes & replaces them with glowing dots. And the Eye adornment overrides the eyes that skin applied.

It's becoming extremely noticeable at this point. As I've pointed out in another thread, the Dark Chivalry Crates official reveal to be exact:
"Not a single crate out of the last FOUR have had an Apex Camel. (Grim Harlequin, Celestial, Sunken Trove, Dark Chivalry. Not since Iron Atronach)"
