Please - I want Squire Rayan's Glasses!

As soon as I saw Squire Rayan in the new public dungeon I knew I had to have his glasses. Then I see them in the banner picture for the Zeal of Zenithar event on a female character. Has anyone found them in a crate or as a crown gem / endeavors?
