Effect not proc when I use Exhilarating Drain
Hm ... Exhilarating Drain not direct damage ? Channeling skill count as DOT or independent skill type ?

✭✭✭✭✭Exhilarating drain is a channelled damage over time effect, like Restoration staff and Lightning staff heavy attacks. So they are not direct damage.
Templar's Jabs and Dualwield's Rapid Strikes are a channelled series of direct damage instances, so they would proc the set.
As a rule of thumb, if it's a beam, it's probably considered damage over time.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.2
