    I think I've only been hit by scavenging like twice in my entire existence. It's really easy to dodge because it takes forever to hit.

    It is uber telegrahped. First time ever it was used on me, I had no idea what that growing red circle was, but "dodge in three.. twooo... now" message was pretty clear.
