My mail with High isle CE items just disappeared (resolved)

as the title says, I hadn't claimed the mail which had the maps for high isle CE since I was running low on inventory space. logged in today & while checking my mail it wasn't there
update: submitted a ticket & the issue was resolved, got my items back
